Cloud software company SeviceNow has appointed new CEO Bill McDermott. Bill is the former CEO of SAP.

Digital money transfer company Azimo has appointed Richard Ambrose as its CEO. Richard is the former COO of Azimo.

Hostelworld Group has hired Yale Varty as its new Chief Marketing Officer. He is the former Global Marketing Director of Asos.

Software business The Access Group has appointed Rob Binns as its new Chief Financial Officer. Rob is the former CFO of Finastra.

Toronto-listed gaming operator The Stars Group has appointed Video Game Executive John Schappert as an Independent Director. Schappert has served as Chairman and CEO of Shiver Entertainment, a developer of video game software for consoles such as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Real estate digital platform Housfy has appointed Mikael Journo as its COO. Mikael is the former VP Marketing Strategy and Central Operations at King.

Yoox Net-a-Porter has made two new senior executive appointments. Pete Marsden has joined the business as Chief Technology Officer, he is the former CTO of Aviva. Paolo Inga has been appointed as the Group’s Global Human Resources Director.  Most recently Paolo spent 11 years at Vodafone, where he was the HR Leader for Vodafone Shared Services.

On-demand printing platform Gelato has appointed Nicole Vanderbilt as NED. Nicole is VP International at Etsy and former CEO of Mydeco and VP of Bebo.

Thomsons Online Benefits has hired Helen Sharpless-Willis as Global VP Client Success. Helen previously served as Senior Director, SaaS Customer Success UK and Ireland at Oracle.

Software platform has appointed Siddhartha Ghosh as VP Intelligent Systems. Siddhartha is the former VP Data at Glovo and the former Director of Data Science at Inmarsat.

Fintech business SumUp has hired Alexander von Schirmeister as its new VP Europe. He is the former CMO of Ebay Europe and former Chief Digital Technology and Innovation Officer of RS Components.

Foundry’s Chief Product and Customer Officer Jody Madden has been promoted to the role of CEO of the visual effects and design software developer company.

DPR, software provider for retail and banking sectors, has appointed David Loveday as its new VP Engineering. He is the former Head of Product Development at Broadridge Financial Solutions.

Zoopla has appointed David Wascha as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer. David is the former CPO of PhotoBox.

E-learning platform has hired Sam Stagg as its new CTO. Sam previously served as VP of Engineering at Pusher.

Flipkart, an e-commerce marketplace, has appointed Jeyandran Venugopal as Chief Product and Technology Officer. He is the former Chief Technology Officer of Myntra.

Ulrik Bengtsson, previously William Hill’s Chief Digital Officer, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company.

TransferWise has appointed Harsh Sinha as CTO. Harsh is the former Director of Product at Paypal and former Director of Software Engineering at eBay.

Open internet advertising platform Criteo has appointed Megan Clarken as its Chief Executive Officer. Clarken spent fifteen years in various positions at Nielsen and was recently the Chief Commercial Officer of Nielsen Global Media.

E-days, absence management platform, has appointed former Fairsail CEO Adam Hale as a Strategic Advisor to the Board.

Deliveroo has promoted Dan Winn to the role of Chief Technology Officer. Dan previously served as VP Engineering of Deliveroo and is the former Director of Engineering, YouTube and Gaming at Google.

Travelport, technology company serving the global travel industry has welcomed Nick Bray as its new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Nick was CFO of Sophos, a role he held for nine years.

Software and supply chain management company ByBox has appointed Richard Agostinelli as its new CEO. Agostinelli is the former CEO of both Crossmatch and Digital Persona.
