Career History
Murat Sayın is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vertigo Games, an Istanbul-based mobile games developer and publisher focused on multiplayer action games. Sayın founded the company in 2013 with his brother Ali Sayın, when he was just 18 years old and studying Computer Science. What began as a small entrepreneurial project developed into a specialist mobile games studio reaching a global audience.
Under Sayın’s leadership, Vertigo Games identified an early opportunity in mobile shooters, at a time when the genre was still relatively underrepresented on smartphones. The company went on to build Critical Strike, a competitive real-time multiplayer FPS that became its breakout title and established Vertigo as one of Türkiye’s notable independent mobile games developers. Vertigo Games has grown as a fully bootstrapped studio, reinvesting revenue from its own games to fund everything from technology development to user acquisition, rather than relying on external investment.
