Mark Spiteri is the Portfolio CTO for Montagu, a leading PE firm, where he advises their portfolio of companies on product & technology strategy, engineering best practice, as well as overseeing technical due diligence on their investments.
Previously, Mark was SVP Software Engineering for Experian, and Chief Research and Development Officer for FinancialForce.com, an Advent, TCV & Salesforce backed provider of ERP software tools. He has also been SVP Engineering for Software AG, overseeing multiple acquisitions and integrations.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Malta, and a PhD in Computer Science from Cambridge University.
