Career History
Bekir Batuhan Çelebi is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grand Games, a mobile games studio established in Istanbul in 2024. He leads the company’s overall strategy, creative vision and expansion within the casual gaming market. Under his leadership, Grand Games has adopted a cell-based development model that enables small autonomous teams to create and iterate rapidly. In its first year, the studio released two titles, Magic Sort and Car Match, and secured a $30m Series A funding round, which was one of the largest for a mobile games company in 2025, which will allow Grand Games to support further growth.
Çelebi has positioned Grand Games among the new generation of high-performance Turkish mobile studios, following in the footsteps of pioneers such as Peak Games, Rollic and Dream Games. Turkey has become one of the strongest mobile gaming hubs in the EMEA region, recognised globally for its creative talent, operational expertise and success in the casual genre. Before founding Grand Games, Çelebi held senior roles in product, marketing and operations within Turkey’s mobile gaming ecosystem. He is a graduate of Koç University.
