Serving over 100,000 businesses across the UK, Australia and Canada and employing around 2,000 people, Citation has grown steadily since its founding in 1995. Prior to joining The Citation Group, she was Group IT Systems Development Director at SIG. Weeks holds a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Salford.

About The Citation Group

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Wilmslow, The Citation Group has grown into one of the UK’s leading providers of compliance support for small and medium-sized businesses. Its portfolio spans HR and employment law, health & safety, ISO certification, background screening and other regulatory services, delivered through a combination of software platforms and expert consultancy.

The company has been backed by private equity since 2020, when KKR acquired a controlling stake alongside Hg as a reinvested minority shareholder.
