Career History

Orisha is a European SaaS and ERP publisher that builds and operates industry-specific software for sectors such as retail, real estate, healthcare, construction and agrifood, generating about €300m in annual revenue and backed by TA Associates and Francisco Partners. Aymeric Thas-Pinot is Chief Technology Officer, leading its technical vision, engineering teams and innovation initiatives to ensure Orisha’s suite of products is modern, scalable, and responsive to both customer and regulatory demands.

Since his promotion to CTO, he has spearheaded the company’s transformation towards SaaS delivery models, driving cloud migration and architectural modernization. He has overseen the deployment of AI capabilities across Orisha’s product portfolio, the strengthening of its cybersecurity posture, and the establishment of a robust and scalable information system to support international growth.

Aymeric has also played a pivotal role in more than 15 acquisitions, ensuring the successful technological integration of acquired companies and the unification of platforms into a consistent, secure, and maintainable framework. He was a key contributor to Orisha’s strategic rebranding and platform harmonization efforts, aligning multiple product lines under a cohesive identity to improve innovation and operational efficiency.

Thas-Pinot’s previous roles include almost three years as cofounder and CEO at Cloudeasier, a FinOps startup now part of Accenture, and ten years at LinkByNet, an IT Facilities Management company also acquired by Accenture. He holds a degree from Michigan State University.
