ALEXIS BONTE
Career History
Alexis Bonte is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Stillfront Group, appointed to the permanent CEO role in early 2025 after serving as President and Interim CEO. He first joined Stillfront through its acquisition of eRepublik Labs in 2017, the studio he co-founded and led. Bonte became Group COO in 2019, where he oversaw day-to-day operations, portfolio integration and acquisition strategy during a period of rapid expansion. His leadership was central to strengthening Stillfront’s live operations capabilities and unifying its global studio network under a cohesive group strategy.
As Group CEO, Bonte now leads a diversified organisation of 15 studios across four continents, driving a long-term vision focused on portfolio performance, creative collaboration and operational efficiency. His approach emphasises data-led decision making and sustainable growth across Stillfront’s key genres of strategy, simulation and casual games. Before joining Stillfront, Bonte co-founded browser games developer eRepublik Labs, creator of War and Peace, eRepublik and World at War, and earlier was part of the founding team at lastminute.com.
