Career History
Dmitri Bukhman is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Playrix, one of Europe’s largest and most successful mobile games companies. He founded the business with his brother Igor in 2004 in Vologda, Russia, initially developing casual PC games before shifting focus to mobile in 2012. The pivot proved transformative, establishing Playrix as a major global player in free-to-play mobile gaming.
Under Bukhman’s leadership, the company has launched some of the world’s most downloaded titles, including Township, Gardenscapes, Homescapes and Fishdom. Playrix’s games are known for their distinctive art style and narrative-driven gameplay. The company has also expanded through acquisitions, purchasing studios in Eastern and Western Europe to strengthen its development capacity.
Today, Bukhman continues to oversee the strategy and international operations of one of Europe’s largest mobile games publishers, whose titles attract more than 100m players each month.
