Career History

Luboslava Uram is the Chief Technology Officer of Solvd Group, where she leads technology across the Allianz-owned claims and repair management business. She joined Solvd in 2024 as CTO and Managing Director. Her remit spans enterprise technology, operations, and transformation initiatives, covering AI-enabled platforms, mission-critical delivery, and governance.

Before Solvd, Uram spent more than a decade at UniCredit in a series of senior technology, digital and operational leadership roles across Europe. Most recently, she was Head of Group Digital Products and Chief Digital & Information Officer for Italy. She previously led UniCredit’s Retail Business Platform, overseeing more than 1,300 employees across seven European offices.

Earlier in her UniCredit career, Uram served as CEE COO and CIO, leading large-scale banking technology and omnichannel programmes across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as holding management roles in Bulgaria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She began her career at SAS, where she spent around a decade across consulting, professional services and commercial leadership roles.
