ROBERT ANTOKOL
Career History
Robert Antokol co-founded Playtika in 2010, alongside Uri Shahak, and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since then. In June 2020 he also became Chairperson of the Board. Under Antokol’s leadership, Playtika expanded its portfolio beyond social casino into casual, mid-core, bingo and hybrid formats, steering the company through its public listing and multiple acquisitions.
Antokol led Playtika through its 2011 sale to Caesars and later independence under new ownership, while scaling headcount from under 50 to more than 3,700 employees globally. Antokol’s leadership has emphasised diversification of monetisation models, live-ops efficiency and cross-studio synergies.
He holds a practical engineering degree with emphasis in electricity from Ort Braude College.

In Q1 2025, Playtika recorded $706.0m in revenue, up 8.4% year-on-year, with Direct-to-Consumer revenues of $179.2m. For the full year 2024, Playtika generated $2,549.3m in revenue and net income of $162.2m. In 2024 Playtika entered an agreement to acquire SuperPlay (developer of Dice Dreams) in a deal initially valued at $700m, with up to $1.25bn additional contingent payments. This follows almost a dozen previous acquisitions, including Innplay Labs for $300m in 2023, and Wooga in 2018 for more than $100m.
